Overview
Threshold15 helps HVAC organizations record refrigerant service, assets, and related compliance artifacts. This policy describes categories of information we process and how we use them. It is a general description only and does not replace your own legal review.
Information you provide
Account details (name, email, organization), technician and asset records, service logs, optional photos and documents (e.g. nameplates, proof images, certification files), and optional location coordinates when you choose to attach GPS at log or event time.
How we use data
To operate the service, authenticate users, enforce plan limits, send transactional emails you configure (e.g. invites, cert reminders), generate reports, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your personal information.
Processors and hosting
Infrastructure may include cloud database, object storage, email delivery, payment processing, and AI providers you enable (e.g. nameplate extraction). Subprocessors depend on your deployment and configured integrations.
Retention
Records are retained to support operational and compliance needs for your organization. Deletion and export practices may depend on your subscription and administrator actions.
