By using Threshold15 you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Not legal or regulatory advice
Threshold15 is a software tool. It does not provide legal, engineering, or EPA determinations. You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contracts.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Organization owners and managers control invitations, roles, and billing where enabled.
Subscriptions
Paid features may be billed through our payment processor. Fees, renewals, and taxes follow the checkout and plan terms presented at purchase. Downgrades or cancellations may affect feature availability and limits.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (e.g. attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, or upload unlawful content). We may suspend access for violations or risk to the platform.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threshold15 operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated through the product or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
